TRAVELING: Will travel up to 15 mile radius from Crown City, OH (my home base) to meet client/s at no additional charge. The travel fee would be determined on mileage and if overnight lodging required. This fee would be determined/agreed upon by both client/s and photographer before photosession and included in total invoice price based on given photoshoot location. 

DEPOSIT DUE UPON BOOKING (RETAINER FEE): This retainer fee is due at the time of booking and is non refundable if you cancel your appointment. A retainer fee of 50% of the total session price is required. For example: you would be charged a $100 non refundable retainer for a $200 session. See session information listed below for more details regarding specific cost of sessions.

RESCHEDULING: The non refundable retainer fee can be applied to a rescheduled session provided that a cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot. There will be an additional $25 rescheduling fee will be added to your total session cost. If session has to be cancelled due to inclement weather, no rescheduling fee will be applied. Every attempt will be made to complete your session on scheduled date. But in the event the weather becomes bad and poses a safety risk or physical harm, the session would be cancelled and rescheduled at no additional cost to you. 

CONCERNING ALLOTED SESSION LENGTH TIME (AND IF IT RUNS OVER): If session runs over the alloted given time on day of your session (as indicated in your purchased package) there will be an extra fee. An additional $20 dollars will be charged for every 15 minute interval that the photoshoot runs over past the designated time listed in session package. This will also be based on the appointment time frame that is agreed upon by both client and photographer at the time of initially booking. If client runs late, client will only be given the remainder of scheduled alloted time and then would be charged additional fees (as described above) for every 15 minutes the session exceeds time frame agreed upon by photographer and client.

CONTRACT: Please be advised ALL clients will be asked to sign a photography contract at the time of their initial booking for the scheduled session to be reserved/confirmed. This is applicable for all clients, including those who are purchasing a session/s, those who win a give away, or those who are using a gift certificate. The contract and paperwork will be sent to you with your initial invoice. Electronic signatures are utilized. By having a contract, this allows me to reserve that specific session date/time for just you and your family alone. No other bookings would be made during that time of your scheduled session as indicated on the initial contract. 

PURCHASING THE FULL ONLINE DIGITAL GALLERY: $100. There is an option to purchase your ENTIRE online gallery for an additional cost of $100 once your full gallery has been delivered. This would give you complete access to all images, including full print release. If you would be interested in purchasing your full gallery, please reach out to me and I can send a separate invoice post shoot.
